Allen Bostrom – Universal Accounting

There’s no question, that the great employees I have the privilege of working with every day, are the reason for our Company’s terrific growth.

My Management staff is always looking for ways to show them we appreciate their efforts.  One of those suggestions was to create popcorn Tuesday.  Frankly, at one point I wondered if it was really appreciated or just an annoyance for the person making the popcorn.   So, I suggested we discontinue it.  It took only a couple of hours to find out that Popcorn Tuesday had been a hit among the employees.  So, I’m happy to say, it’s here to stay!
