Allen Bostrom – Universal Accounting

Well, we did it again.  We’re on the Utah 100 List (fastest growing companies) for the fifth year in a row, and INC magazine included us in their national list of the fastest growing 5000 companies not bad when you know that there are nearly 50 million companies in the nation.

What’s next?  Well, likely not a sixth year in a row I would be really surprised.  Although our sales were up in 2008, they still fell short of where they need to be to make it on the two lists.  Taking the tax course off the market during 2008 to rebuild it and bring it up to a higher standard, will likely cost us the recognition.  Although the growth in other product sales offset the loss of revenues, they weren’t enough to include us in such a prestigious group.

Nevertheless, now that the tax course is back in our line-up, watch out.  We’ll certainly be back among the leaders next year!
